EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

 

RETURN FOR WITHDRAWAL

The customer may, if not satisfied with the supplied products, return them within 14 calendar days after receipt. Generally, the seller processes the refund within 10 business days and, in any case, within 30 days from the date of confirmation via email of the right to a refund. The right of return only occurs provided that the products:

• Have not been washed or used;
• Retain their original characteristics and the packaging is not damaged;
• Are complete (e.g., both items of a pair must be returned);
• Have not been altered and retain the identification Efforie tag.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be sent by registered mail.

RETURN OF GIFTS

The return of a gifted product must be made by the person who gifted/purchased it. In this case, to proceed with the return, you must contact the person who purchased it, so they can process the return according to the return conditions.  If you wish, a voucher valid for 90 days can be issued for use in the store.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be sent by registered mail.

 

EXCHANGE FOR OTHER ITEMS

To exchange an item for another, please follow the steps below:

An item can only be exchanged for another of equal or higher value. In the case of exchanging one item for a different one, any campaign/promotion obtained with the original purchase will not be maintained in the exchange, unless stated otherwise in the respective promotional campaign.

Your products can only be exchanged once. If, after the exchange order, you are not satisfied, you can only return your order.

HOW TO PROCEED:

STEP 1

Send an email to info@efforie.com. The email body should include the following information:

– Order number;

– Reason for the exchange or return of the product.

– Inform us of the items you wish to return/exchange;

– If you are returning and paid through an entity and reference, please provide your IBAN so that we can process the refund.

STEP 2: PLACE THE ITEM IN THE BOX

You may use the original packaging in which you received the order;

Send or deliver the product: Wait for feedback from us with instructions for returning the product(s).

 

RETURN OR CANCELLATION WITH FLOA PAYMENTS

If the item was purchased using FLOA, in the event of return or cancellation, 5% of the purchase value will be deducted for credit interest and administrative costs of the platform, which are not refunded even after the cancellation or return of the purchase. Therefore, by selecting FLOA as the payment method, the customer is accepting the cancellation and return policy.
