Shipping policy
SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS AND DELIVERIES
. The products ordered from the Efforie online store will be shipped and delivered on business days, from Monday to Friday.
. We can only guarantee the successful delivery of an order if the shipping address for the products is correctly indicated by the "User."
. A delivery is considered made, or a product is considered delivered upon the signature of the delivery receipt at the agreed address.
SHIPPING COSTS
. The shipping costs associated with your order will be charged per order, meaning that if you order more than one item, you will only pay shipping costs once.
. Shipping costs for mainland Portugal are free, and for other locations they will be calculated at checkout.
. The "Buyer" must inspect the packaging and the received products to check for any damage. If you find that the products are damaged, you must contact Efforie within a maximum of 24 hours via email (info@efforie.pt).
ORDER DELIVERY TIMES
. After your order is registered, the respective payment is confirmed, and all items in your order are available, Efforie commits to preparing the order within 1 to 2 business days and to shipping within mainland Portugal, which should take an average of 1 to 2 business days and in 4 to 5 business days for the rest of Europe.
. Any delay in the dispatch of items, compared to the estimated dates provided, does not grant the customer any right to compensation.
